The location was great since it was in the heart of the city, easy for me to get around by walking or taking a quick taxi ride. The breakfast at the hotel was decent, and had a great selection of American breakfast and toast. I was really impressed with the hotel staff, especially the manager who was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and had all of the necessary facilities including parking and transportation services.
Nothing was perfect!

Despite its location away from major malls, the hotel's central location makes many locations easily accessible by taxi or walking. the room and bathroom were comfortable and looked good. Some of the staff, including the manager, were friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacked attention to detail, causing some frustrations during the stay.

the location was great, close to many attractions and transportation options. the staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which included both American and Indonesian cuisine. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with great amenities like free Wi, Fi and a flat, screen TV.
the language barrier was a bit of an issue as there weren't enough staff who were fluent in English.

Location was good, close to multiple attractions and easy to get a taxi. Room was comfortable, with nice decor and good value for the price.
Staff could have been more helpful, especially with language barriers. Breakfast options were limited with no continental choices.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me as it was not next to any major malls but still easily accessible by taxi or even on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was well-appointed and provided enhanced comfort, with amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
